@s0mmer I worked on software at #Naim Audio, all hardware and apps supported #Apple, #Spotify and #Tidal. Tidal was the easiest to integrate because it had a nice API and minimal (none) certification process. I wish there were a better 3rd party ecosystem - we’d all benefit.
As for discovery… I ditched the algorithm and started listening to James Acaster’s Perfect Sounds podcast. I found so much new music. I stopped listening to the podcast until I could process more new #music.
