Actually, I'm just looking for a catch-all bin, mostly.
I tried daily journaling in the past but I'm prone to focus on negative things that occupy my mind and get in even worse mood by thinking about it more :)
What worked better was #naikan journaling because of the positive vibes. I'm totally migrating my org capture template to a denote template for that.

maybe more to your goal of addressing poverty, or at least nurturing empathy and cooperation, perhaps a good implementation of the #Naikan Reflection exercise developed by lay-priest Ishin Yoshimoto way back in shell-shocked and nihilist post-war (#GodzillaMinusOne era) Japan.
The very tricky part would be using perhaps AI to require all entries be strictly factual, not fuzzy generalized abstracts, just the facts ma'am as they say.
