I feel like I've turned a corner in my #Sciatica recovery, with less pain today during my assigned exercises and able to sit for a meal. Still not thinking about doing something stupid like golf or kayaking, but I feel like I'm getting closer.

It's Saturday, and I've been waiting for it to warm up before heading outside - It's 3.4°C right now. But the sun is shining, so I gotta use the good weather and continue cutting down perennials. This Friday is the last yard waste pickup for 2024, which gives me a deadline. Otherwise, I'm hauling yard bags to the recycling centre in our small SUV.
