On #Printables , you can find 3D printed accessories for the #mynd Bluetooth speaker. I hope, this will get even more traction. The open source concept brand Teufel is following here is exemplary.The front covers are an obvious customisation idea. I like the handle and the stand.

Instead, all I get is automated responses
I bought the #MYND 10 days ago.
I made the mistake of combining my latest questions with the statement that i would like to send it back.
All my questions were ignored.
Instead I was told, that they won't ! take it back, since it's past the legal 14 days and their 8 weeks are only if they feel like it.

A lot of "reasons could be" and "maybe" and "possibly" and not one concrete answer to my questions except the one about the deadline for sending it back.
My guess ist, a lot of that first answer, was generated with AI. Especially because it re-stated one of the things that I said in the first e-mail that was actually wrong and a support technician should have noticed that.
Let's wait on the second answer :-)
