My parents left today after staying a month and a half at my place. #MyMother shut (me) down three times.
I don’t think she’s coming back 🤷🏻‍♀️
Her bed here isn’t comfortable enough, the road-trip is too long, but chiefly: I’m here and we don’t get along well even though we make efforts.
Last December, when they visited a month and a half, had been ok-ish for the both of us. Before that, she hadn’t visited for 12 or 13 years.
