Not a great start to two months of free weekend travel in Victoria. Wasted ten minutes on phone to V/Line trying to book an N-Set for Sunday (first day of free travel). Web site said 40 seats available but can't book online, must call 1800. So I did.
IVR wanted origin, destination and time, but could not understand me. Human operator did not know free travel starts Sunday, told me no seats available. 🤷♂️
Guess we'll stand on a no-reservation VLocity.
