In Vorbereitung auf die #SchwarzwaldTour23, heute das Bike schonmal von Grund auf gereinigt und versiegelt und bei der Gelegenheit auch gleich den Hinterreifen gewechselt. Leider hatte der Mantel einige Schnitte bis aufs Gewebe, mit denen ich nicht ne 400 km Gravel Tour wagen wollte.

First real ride since the accident.
Didn't go really far, though a tiny bit further than indicated because I forgot to start the Garmin.
A few reasons...
1. I forgot to transfer my mirror over
2. There is ice in the bike lanes in some places
3. My cardio is woefully bad after not riding since October 29!#garmin
