So on a serious note.
Was discussing the spike in #listeria outbreaks with my brother, who is a microbiologist. I offered up a theory technology was breaking down (refrigeration failures in transport/storage).
He offered this consideration: listeria bacteria is #mutating, because of the rapid increased heat due to climate change. 😱
Think of Legionarie's disease. Bacteria can rapidly adapt to environmental variations.
