Chechnya's banning of music outside the 80–116 BPM range makes me wonder how they would theoretically handle music from the #dub spectrum.
However, the most immediate example that comes to mind is a piece by pro-islamist dub producer #Muslimgauze which is without doubt already illegal in #Chechnya; this because it is dedicated to the idea of Chechnyan independence from Russia:

Awake too early once again, so digging into this artist who I had never even heard of before adding the rec to our list last night, #BrynJones. Sounds like a fascinating (and ridiculously prolific) person, started #Muslimgauze in 1982 in response to Israel’s actions against Palestinians.

Someone sold a massive collection of techno Tommy local shop (econojam) and it was torture trying to pick. There are hundreds of great records over there right now and they are putting more on the floor each day. Some of you need to snap these up if for no other reason than it will send me to the poorhouse if you don’t!!!
