Good morning everyone! ☕️☀️😊
My choice for #TuneTuesday by @Kitty (theme #MusicStreets) is a ballad from a band I like that I once found on spotify, but no idea if they are still active.

My contribution to #TuneTuesday and the #MusicStreets theme is a bit obscure, but I think it's worth sharing: "Down the Alleys" by Pace, an indie band led by Slovak singer-songwriter Adam Pavlovčin, who now goes by ADONXS and is one of the few openly gay celebrities in Slovakia.

(CN for allusions to drug use in the dying lyrics.)

Another #TuneTuesday from me.
This is a new song from the #Muppet Mayhem series on Disney +. I loved the show (we can chat about that later), and this song is one I have been listening to a lot. It's about a trip so even though it's not in the title I think it counts as #MusicStreets
Takes a long time to get where you're goin

One more #TuneTuesday because every time I post one I remember one more. (:
This is another banger so if the weather is nice where you are, put the windows down and the volume up and work it out.
This is actually two #MusicStreets at the same time: Electric Avenue to Hell by Umphrey's McGee https://youtu.be/D75X9xuwlks

One more #TuneTuesday cover of one of the more famous #MusicStreets , the one where errybody is dancing! This time it's Mick Jagger and David Bowie. Do you like Mick? Do you like David? Your answer is immaterial. This song is still a banger by any measure whether you enjoy each individually or not. (Since I'm linking the video I feel compelled to add for the younguns that yes this is really what the 80s were like.) Dancing In The Street: https://youtu.be/HasaQvHCv4w

Another #TuneTuesday jam, this #MusicStreets submission is by The Refreshments. Basically you have two options: Heaven or the Highway Out Of Town. https://youtu.be/kJeksV96g5Y

I'm sorry. Now, I can't stop.
Pretenders - Middle of the Road
Sheryl Crow - Everyday is a Winding Road
Grateful Dead - The Golden Road to Unlimited Devotion and Going Down the Road Feelin' Bad
Bo Diddley - Roadrunner
Elton John - Goodbye, Yellow Brick RoadI think I've gotten it out of my system now. Again, my apologies.

If no one else will say it, I will: The Beatles!

@Kitty Some classic Afrobeat for what may be my last contribution to today's #TuneTuesday theme, #MusicStreets.

I told you there would be more! Posting a cover for #TuneTuesday reminded me of another #MusicStreets cover I like from a band I have tickets to see later this year. Not just a great song but a great remix too: Depeche Mode, Route 66 (Beatmasters Mix) https://youtu.be/Z87s99NsJ_w

Likely the first in a series for #TuneTuesday with #MusicStreets I give you a cover. Pet Shop Boys with their stomping glittery disco version of Where The Streets Have No Name: https://youtu.be/Mqv6MNgzbSw
More to come as I remember other ones I enjoy. (:

Hello, people!
With this @Kitty 's #TuneTuesday, it seems that we gonna hit the road!
I consider this band to be among the poets of heavy metal. Compelling concept albums, great lyrics, a balance between edged-blade, "rocky" heavy metal and symphonic melancholy. How could be asked for more?

The prompt from @kitty is songs about streets.
MC5 - Shakin' Street

@Kitty Another #MusicStreets suggestion for #TuneTuesday:
This one's a classic from #Québec. It's a both a lament for a decrepit small-town main street and a revenge fantasy aimed at the mall on the outskirts of town.
Les Colocs, "La rue principale" (1993)

Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday! #TuneTuesday is once again upon us, and this week's theme is #MusicStreets. Both TT and theme brought to us by @Kitty
I have a few songs. First song is Frente! "Accidently Kelly Street"

An odd choice to also add on for #TuneTuesday with a #MusicStreets prompt from @Kitty is the album "Exile on Coldharbour Lane by the British band Alabama 3 (aka A3 in the US).
You can listen to the album here: https://open.spotify.com/album/6wEV0CthYpgNVKowNEtNuj
I spoke about them last week, but their fusion of dance, house, gospel, country, and rock is just so incredibly unique that it has to be shared and...well, the album title matches the prompt.
