OK I am so close to getting #MusicAssistant working with my music collection stored on an SMB share. It can see the music files, but when I go to play it I get an access denied error.
The files are on a TrueNAS share, and I have gone into the ACL and expressly said the music assistant user has read/write/execute permissions, applied recursively. What am I missing for Music Assistant to get into all the .flac files I put in there? -

for a cross platform solution I use #musicassistantstill not answering directly to your original poll
but you can use DSP parametric filters for equalisation, verify a lot of parameters of music files and have full control of both local and streaming sources and players -

First test with synchronous music with sendspin clients and music assistant. (Android client and esp32 esparagus Hifi box)

The good thing: I don't trust #MusicAssistant anymore. So I made a backup. It's painfully slow to restore it, but it works again.

I can see a list of episodes and titles, now but it's not showing an "author" or any graphics.

There is an official #MusicAssistant client for #Android in the making. I just installed it and it works perfectly. Love it, recommend it. ❤️
#MusicAssistent is the audio hub in my home. It can connects to multiple audio providers (Tidal, selfhosted GPodder sync on Nextcloud, selfhosted Jellyfin, …), searches, maintains playlist and stream content to multiple audio sink providers (Chromecast audio, Chromecast, Heos, …). It can play your playlist on multiple players in sync over different protocols. It's just cool. 👍

Have any of #thePlaylist botherers managed to add the RSS feed to #musicAssistant successfully? I’m using the built-in “Podcast RSS Feed” music source, it adds the feed but doesn’t show anything useful (which some may say is an accurate reflection of the show 😀).
The feed (https://djdarren.site/archive/podcast/feed) works in Vivaldi, so I’m guessing it’s specific to the Music Assistant plugin 🤷♂️
The sync finishes successfully, and with debug level logging on there’s nothing of note.
