Hmmm 🤔 why are my back and shoulder muscles so sore??
I didn't do anything too straining yesterday? I did help dad with the ladder but I've done that before and it all went well...
So yeah... I guess I'll probably need a few more painkillers today to get through the day...
But that's why I have them I guess.
Just wish I could get a massage today... One more week till PT... -
