I'm going to just sit at my desk sobbing for the rest of the day. So my sensory nightmare of a no-concert experience in KC at the Mumford & Sons show was justโฆ HOW THINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE?! I'm supposed to have to fight for my life and be mauled by the crowd take elbows to the nose all night because people can't fathom being disabled and NOT BEING ABLE TO THRASH AROUND at a show and enjoying it anyway? Holy jesus fuck.
I'm sick to hear that Marcus Mumford said this, actually. I've always dreamed of being on stage JUST TO HAVE THE MOMENT where I tell the assholes standing up blocking everyone's view to sit the fuck down.

The fucking ableismโฆ like, an audience that happened to be wheelchair users couldn't possible enjoy a show "as much"?! FUCK OFF
I'm just fucking heartbroken. I don't understand this level of selfishness - where if we all just cooperated we could all enjoy the show
Bring back bleachers. That's the only way this is going to be FAIR.
Like - I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that buying GA didn't actually at least guarantee me my little 6x6" square of ground to stand on - that we have to PAY for the experience of shoving and getting shoved all night?! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME
