Well.. one year later, still doesn't find the good SCSI cable to do what I want. Plug a SCSI Hard Drive to it/ or a CDROM Recorder (better Hard Drive).

As I still haven't fixed this hard disk "problem" (mainly the cable is so rare to find/adapt), I got this Yamaha SCSI CDRom reader/writer for 15€ (Nice!). Oh, I still need a cable too! haha. Don't laugh!
A solid thing. It could run 20 years later.
I'm saving it until I have time to look into this AKAI Recording Studio again. :0)

I receive this converter today theoretically, I hope it will work while waiting for a confirmation of compatibility of the #BlueSCSI with the AKAI DPS 16.
The only thing missing is the cable from the AKAI to this converter, which I haven't found yet. :0)

Here are the connectors (photos). What kind of specific SCSI cable do I need? How to do it? I'm really not an SCSI expert. I'm a little confused..

I finally got this piece of obsolete music gear set up and working last night. Had a little bit of a problem because it was set up to use with a monitor and mouse which I do not have. I’m hoping I can use it to recover some old music I recorded in the late 90s!
