It is well past my #breakfast time. Gotta see wot is in the cupboard. I might 'ave some of that qood quality #hamster food (aka #Muesli, no sugar or salt - sweetened with dried fruit)
Maybe a couple of eggs over easy as they say in #USA (Universal Sexist Ape-men). In the #UK they are #factory #farmed. Sorry chicks. With lions printed on them. That's right #Lion eggs. Delish with baked beans...
Oh wait have some home made #sourdough bread. That sounds good with tahini, Forest #honey and coffee...

🦞Dear Friends using Firefox,
I was advised to use #Firefox web, it is a bit more #secure than the ubiquitous data brokers #google based #browsers. It was good advice, so I swapped from #Brave and #Seamonkey. Just used it to synch between my apple phone and #Linux running #laptop. Ooh, I am so #techy! Not techy at all, in fact. It will take me at least a day to stop swearing at the mobile phone, with its tiny screen and direct leaks to Apple Core.😤Talking of #apple who knows how to make real #Swiss #Muesli? It starts with a #grated apple and #lemon juice. Soaked with #oats overnight AND then in the #morning #seasonal #fruits and #nuts, #cream (yes cream) or #greek #yougurt are added - It is so much better than the bird cage droppings in cardboard that are availble in some regions. Muesli is a #meal, a #pudding a #shared #feast

Some foods which are high in MUFA include #oils (including some things by virtue of being cooked in oil, like chips) #avocado, #eggs, fatty #fish, some #meats, #DarkChocolate, and #Nuts, especially #Macadamia (60% MUFA) and #Almonds (40% MUFA), which doesn't mean JUST nuts themselves, but also "nutty" foods, like nutty #Muesli, #PeanutButter #Sandwiches (25-30% MUFA), and satay chicken, but for foods which are low in MUFA, I'll supplement it with some nuts for that meal to compensate. -

Usually I'm a 'breakfast cereal' type of person regarding the first meal of the day. But when I'm doing overnight #hiking I don't like to carry milk or other liquids, apart from water, due to the extra weight.
So instead I have things like this for #breakfast : #muesli bars, #nut bars , dried fruit such as #sultanas & #cranberries and #oat slices.
