Took some #Mucinex after a hot shower. Feeling awful still. Drove the partner to pick up some prescriptions and then to get some items from Walmart. I'm really snippy and mean lately, he says... It's actually true. 😥
Maybe it's the #withdrawal, maybe it's the #COVID / #sinusinfection / #cough / #fever. Maybe it's the lack of financial security and savings. I worry I might just be a #mean person to people I live with, and he is too timid to stand up for himself or realize he deserves better. 😮💨 Hoping I can fall asleep before the #depression establishes itself. 😖
