Sweet Lips est un duo composé de Sierra Weston et Owen Kurtz. Illes composent, enregistrent et interprètent de la musique « avant-pop ». Illes s’intéressent à la place qu’occupe la musique pop dans nos vies et aux nouvelles façons de la présenter. Illes ont sorti les EP « Sweet Lips Debut » et « Sweet Lips Singles » sous le label Ministry of Phonic Services. (https://sweetlipsagain.bandcamp.com/)
Lune très belle est l'ensemble de la compositrice, musicienne et écrivaine Frédérique Roy. Une séquence onirique d’images claires chantées délicatement, coulant entre des textures haptiques et changeantes. Sweet Lips is the duo of Sierra Weston & Owen Kurtz. They write, record and perform avant-pop music. They are interested in how pop music works in our lives and new ways to present it. They have released the EPs "Sweet Lips Debut" and "Sweet Lips Singles" on the Ministry of Phonic Services label.
Lune très belle is the ensemble of Montreal-based composer, singer and writer Frédérique Roy. A series of image-driven texts sung in French, flowing on haptic, morphing textures. The music oscillates between clearly structured outlines and improvisatory ventures.
