Anybody out there know any really good tools for analyzing your own collection of MtG cards? I'm digitizing my collection with Manabox and am wondering if there are any good analytical/browsing tools for local desktop use, i.e. Moxfield but with Scryfall searchability and Cubecobra analysis.

Failing all else, I'll just code one up myself, but that means my having to learn something about coding a UI. I can make a database sing, but the last experience I had with a UI was putting together an RShiny dashboard.

I have tried to organize getting together with friends to play my #mtgcube 6 times…it has only worked once. I am not a superstitious person but I am starting to wonder if the wood used to build the case for it was stolen from a native burial site or something because COME ON.

When the people who play Pioneer, Modern, and/or EDH finally realize this card exists, it's going to start selling for a lot more than $0.17.

And I wouldn't be at all shocked to see it start popping up in a lot of cubes.

Been working on building a much more synergistic #mtgedh #mtgcube after taking apart my old one due to…apathy and wanting to lean into companions. Found a great YouTube series that outlined a great process for figuring out those synergies. It will be one of my post-baseball projects this winter.
