Microsoft has added new meeting agenda features in MS Teams, but they don't appear in the meeting when I access it through MS Outlook.
Specifically, if I add agenda items to the loop element in the MS Teams UI, I can't see it in Outlook. The loop element doesn't even show up in my Loop landing page (which I never use, I was just curious).
Having an agenda in a meeting invite that everyone can edit would be very useful. This implementation is not.

Does anyone have to use Outlook for work? Is there a way to create a keyboard shortcut to archive messages? I could swear that this used to be a feature, but it has been more than 5y since I used outlook daily.
I have gone through the help inside outlook and did a search, but I didn't find anything that would work with the latest version, on windows.

Dear #microsoft , the #ios app for #msoutlook has a problem recognizing how many emails are new and yet to be read, when the user has access to multiple delegated email accounts. Do better.
Latest versions of everything. This has been happening for years.

There was a thread about Windows "run" dialog recently, about it lacking contrast and input fields becoming less and less distinguishable.
Not that it's a new trend - here's Outlook. Low contrast is shite already, but my favourite is the "Subject"... label? Field?
It's almost like being designed by somebody who has zero previous software usage experience and has never heard "user experience".How does this happen? :)

Why can I forward all my emails but can't just get a friendly "Psst, you've got unread mail!" nudge to another inbox? The system clearly knows when I've logged in and when I've received new emails—how hard can it be?
Why do I need to subscribe to a flood of notifications (via mobile app) or go check if there are new emails with no middle ground?
Seriously, #msOutlook, throw me a bone here! I'm not asking for much—just a simple heads-up.

Those of you with #msOutlook and/or #msTeams on an #iPhone, what do you re. notifications when you’re off work for an extended period of time? Setting “Personal” focus in #ios works for a few hours at a time, or can be scheduled for short periods or use location. But I want it to be on permanently for the next 10 days.

Genius: you copy the "get email address” link to a channel from #msTeams and paste it into #msOutlook and it rejects it because the address isn't formatted correctly 🙄🤨

Microsoft continues to dumb down the UI of Outlook. It wouldn't matter for general email users, but every feature they kill from "classic" Outlook handicaps people who use email for work.
In the latest update to the "new" Outlook Windows app, the threading "lines" of a conversation have been removed from the UI. There is no way to see where a sender forked off in the conversation tree. It is just a series of emails like Gmail's conversation view now. 🤦

Die sehen jetzt nahezu identisch aus, nicht dass man noch auf Anhieb sieht zu welchem Fenster man wechselt!

Companies which force features on you for products you pay for frustrate me.
Outlook's forced move to 'new expierence' with less efficient use of space should be a user preference.
This is akin to algorithm based feeds, w/ no input.I want control over how my tools work, and appear. This shouldn't' have to be stated.

Outlook really needs a single "no really, just turn off ABSOLUTELY ALL of those stupid notifications that warn you 15 minutes in advance of every meeting" button, so you don't have to hunt down all of the ones you've already received and squash them one by one. 😡
