CW: rant about enshittification
Ordered contact lenses online last week and the delivery got delayed. Not complaining about that. But since we're travelling soon, we decided to cancel the order.
1. Trying to cancel order on website: nope. need an account for that and now it's too late
2. Try to contact customer service: nope, here are useless FAQs and a stupid chat bot instead
3. Use stupid chatbot, that lazy bastard is turned off outside of customer service times. -
