Noon moving on, moving with it. Slightly below zero, grey horizons, no snow. A deep breath and a neighbourhood still waking. Keeping some light close.

Out in the day out in the frost. Soft textures on the pond, white outlines around huge brown leaves. Weak sun. A sleeping road. Close to 9am and the village remains silent.

Air's a bit colder today, clouds a bit more ragged, but the wind has calmed down and the summits glitter with late morning sun. 9am and slowly on again. Into the day.

Route nordwärts, höhere Berge, Wolken, Nebel. Dunkles Grau am Straßenrand, brüchige Wälder, breite Schneisen, lange Reihen von Transportern und Anhängern, aus aller Welt in alle Welt. Sinnieren über den Planeten und den Untertan und Verständnisse von Macht und Mitgefühl und Wohlwollen. Und manchmal wird das Herz schwer darüber.

The other city. A soft light flooding the long queue of cars waiting at the crossroads. Contrasts, in pictures and perceptions. Staying a bit from everything, feeling both unsettled and guilty. Different homes different pasts and an amorphous present. Inner retreats, too much overthinking. Always.

Elsewhere, slightly later and trying to balance weathers, temperatures, moods and realities. Way too much irritation in virtually everything. A nervous cat going for flies. A bunch of teenagers heading for the river again, apparently pulling a cart with a decent speaker and the music seems to strike more than just one chord right now. Reconsidering identity, peer groups, tribes and how to stay away from things that feel alienating. Clouds veiling early sunset. Stories of tackling rituals and routines, unknown outcome. Be safe on your way through your evening, wherever you are.

Almost 10am again. Moving around dishes and furniture. Collecting laundry. Chores in a mechanic mode, somewhere in between feverish activity to confront the shortcomings of ones own closer surroundings - and the desire to just leave for the garden now. Decisions decisions.
