I've learned that you cannot rent a #bakfiets with the intention to use it for moving. This is very unfortunate.

@puppygirlhornypost2 Depending on the size of the human: Walmart and various pet supply stores have harnesses ( check online for biggest sizes?) . For larger humans and custom work some there are some excellent crafters on Etsy from Central Europe 🤷🏽♀️

I'm resting, unsure if anyone is coming over today & when. My moving & selling angel will contact me, I feel sure, once it's a little more of a decent hour.
The most anxious part of #moving for me is the fear of losing something important. The other day I couldn't find my wallet & I freaked out & made a mess turning things over. It wasn't that I thought anyone took it, but people had been packing & trashing that day. I can no longer put things in their regular place. I'll go into travel mode.

Welcome to my chaos. This is what my glaze lab looks like this morning. Our studio is moving down the street to a much larger space in a renovated mill building.
I feel sorry for the movers. It's a lot. This is only part of what needs to be moved. They've already gotten the wheels, tables, shelves, current glazes, and tools. Kilns are next.

I moved... so now I have to update my address everywhere.
I updated it in CVS Caremark, except that I got a text today telling me that they are preparing to ship a medication to my old address.

I’ve lived in a lot of places in my life (over 15 I think?) but this place as special. The first time in well over 10 years I felt _home_.

ich habe zwei Wochen Pause von Dir gemacht und gemerkt, dass ich deinen kleinen Bildschirm und auch den großen Bildschirm nicht vermisst habe.
In der Pause war ich mit Menschen zusammen und habe mich u.a. draußen gemeinsam bewegt.
Ich werde deshalb weiter abstinent bleiben.

Whew...all moved in, tired as hell.
Security system currently being installed, almost the last of the move-in business. I still have to get TV taken care of but that will come.
Got 10 boxes emptied which I think will be my limit for day. I've stashed some non-vital stuff in the basement (Christmas decor, mom's turkey roaster, my canning boiler, etc.) and the bed and bathroom are in good shape.
Tomorrow will be a binge of food shoppping (I have very little in the house!) and some more unpacking....

1 year ago today. We were moving out of of our house in Caledon and closing on our new house in Belle Ewart. At that time it was 31°C and brutally hot and humid for the movers. Today it's 14°C in the Barrie area and very comfortable. It's been a crazy year.

Welp, the CG was too high to transport the lathe on its stand, it was very wobbly, so out it comes to unbolt it from the stand. It will be better that way as lower down in the trailer it will make enough room so I'll be able to get my motorcycle in the trailer as well.
