Named after his brilliant 1975 film starring David Hemmings, the shop is an unusual cross between a Forbidden Planet emporium, a battered copy of the Fortean Times and a gloriously lurid giallo film….” 📽️ 🇮🇹 🎞️ #CineMastodon #movies #film #cinema #ItalianCinema #horror #MovieMemorabilia #shop #museum #RomeItaly #DarioArgento

While getting photos of Mack Sennett postcards I left the folder open to these wonderful original movie promo photos for Zasu Pitts. Thema Todd appears in the left one. 2 very funny women who made the switch to sound. Their peak was in the early sound era.

Mack Sennett Comedy Postcards
Better known for Keystone Film slapstick films Mack Sennett also produced comedies featuring bathing beauties. Bordering on the salacious at the time they were a popular alternative to "French Postcards."
