For #MountainMonday I chose this photo from last year. It was a day I will hardly forget: My wife didn't join me and to me it was the highest solo-tour that year.
But it wasn't about the elevation or the length why I kept it in mind. It was the views that struck me. The feeling. The bond with the mountain after hours of silence. When all I hear is the wind in the trees, my breath, the gravel under my shoes and some birds around.
