Abendessen: Vegetarisches Moussaka. Total gut und die Auberginen sind so cremig geworden - nom!
Life Hack für Spoonies: In Scheiben geschnittenes Gemüse vorher in Mikrowelle vorgegart. Kartoffeln 9 Min, Auberginen 5 Min und Béchamel aus der Tüte.
Bolognesesauce aus angebratenen Zwiebel, Knoblauchzehen, Sojahack, dann Passata, Wasser, Tomatenmark, Srirachra, Zimt, Thymian, Pfeffer, Salz, Paprikapulver. In Form geschichtet (Kartoffeln, Sauce, Auberginen, Sauce, Kartoffeln, Sauce, Béchamel), 30 Min. bei 200°C, dann Käse drauf & nochmal 10 Min. backen.

Muitakin omituisuuksia reseptissä on: Munakoisoviipaleet oli varmaan tarkoitus sivellä öljyllä ennen paahtamista, mitä ei ohjeessa mainita. Reseptin lopussa oleva 15 minuutin uunitus ei riitä mihinkään, 45 minuuttia on lähempänä totuutta.

Soijarouhetta en liottanut erikseen, vaan paistelin pannulla sipuleiden kanssa ja lisäsin veden ja muut ainekset perään. Valkokastikkeeseen lisäsin kourallisen ravintohiivahiutaleita.
