Na #CozinhaPopular da #Mouraria, cerca de 25 pessoas reuniram-se para um almoço comunitário vegetariano que ligou diretamente a horta ao prato. As hortaliças colhidas no dia, trouxeram consigo o valor do tempo e do cuidado.
Mais do que uma refeição foi um momento de partilha que reforçou a importância de uma relação mais próxima com aquilo que consumimos, fortalecendo a comunidade e promovendo um futuro mais sustentável.

This one was not long. About 15,5 KM But it had some insane surprises like going up the hill to the highest viewpoint in Lisbon (Miradouro Nossa senhora do Monte). And going up hill in the old quarters of Lisbon #Alfama and #mouraria

For #FensterFreitag and this was in Mouraria, the Moorish district of Lisbon. Along the walls in a narrow street there were portraits of current and former elderly residents, some having had to leave due to changes through tourism in the early 2000s. A celebration of the individual lives that had made that area so vibrant.
