The alarm is so shrill in my room. Really* loud. 😵‍💫 I should probably keep earbuds or earplugs in my room so i can plug my ears while I get myself together ready for my escape.

On a brighter note, I went riding 🚴‍♀️ after work and met with some old schoolmates at our Alma Mater. Pretty good turnout. About 20 of us on #mountainBikes and #roadBikes.

I'd like to go sleep now. Nothing happening. Why are we still out here? 🤷‍♀️

I want progressive geometry & a robust frame with decent compliance. I'm not a race boy & I'm more used to #mountainbikes. I'll be on gravel & single track mainly with #bikepacking in mind.

I'm drawn to carbon frame because of weight. But I don't have a big budget. So alloy frame/carbon forks may be better

I'd also like a decent level group set. I'm drawn to Shimano GRX because it's gravel specific but I don't know much about it. I'm not sure how it fares v Sram Apex 1. I'm a novice at this

Gemeinsam mit dem Radhof in der Neckarstadt-Ost in Mannheim bat Annette Lennartz vom Verein Voices for Africa um Radspenden: Große oder kleine, #Mountainbikes,# Rennräder oder Omas Oldtimer – jedes #Fahrrad sei nützlich, so die Organisatoren damals.
