The yarn is spun from 87% merino wool that’s soft and warm with 13% pima cotton for additional durability, plus a wonderful velvety texture and stunning visual effect. Bengal Cat on merino/pima cotton. It’s a lovely mix of black, brown, reddish caramel, ginger, gold, and champagne. Because the cotton does not take up the dye it remains white and creates a wonderful visual effect reminiscent of fur. Aran and DK at Yarndale. I was in uni on Monday and am again today, but we unloaded the van and returned it yesterday. I’ll need to clean everything that’s touched the ground in the animal mart tomorrow and then I can unpack the yarn afterwards.
