I get even better in making #diy #mustard! In the meantime I have made a yummy #wine mustard with my favorite #Silvaner, a very nice #garlic variant and one which tastes literally as it was made by a pro, a pretty simple yellow mustard with brown mustard grains.

Anyway, I'll order some deoiled mustard powder to make a mild one for my family, they alweays complain about the hotness which I like. 🔥

I made my today's breakfast roll with my #diy #dill #mustard. It's so unbelieveable yummy. I'll never spend a cent for mustard again, my own is -hands down- the best mustard I've ever had in my life. Yet, it's so simple to make! It's a bit hot actually despite I used only yellow seeds, so it needs to steep a bit longer.

Yesterday I made my first #mustard with #dill batch as this was requested by my family. I guess they wanted it for seasoning salmon... It's steeping currently but smells so nice already. 🤗
