Day two on the bottle, the body has formed up, coffee and nutty chocolate more prominent, mild bitter finish. -
Just had to crack this #mortalisBrewing Orpheus, it said to drink fresh and not age! And my wife is right here, so that part is easy… #iykyk
Nutty coffee nose, sweet and slightly bitter body with roasty coffee and almonds, and a German chocolate cake background. Mythic!

Sadly past that first sip it’s evident she’s gone bad. Hope to find her again sometime, but gonna have to #drainPour this one
