Dipshit Donnie has never even considered the possibility of a forest where the nearest road is 100 kilometers away - or further.
Dipshit Donnie can't think in terms bigger than a golf course. So of course you can "manage" it.
I would like to drop him in the middle of the remotest part of our most remote forest in the entire North, and invite him to re-evaluate his assessment of the wildfire situation.
I wouldn't tell him we'll be pointing the bears at the spot where we drop him.
