Coyote Creek Trail, a nice 18 mile paved bike path in the southern portion of the San Jose CA area and just a bit north of Morgan Hill. We rode the trail out and back yesterday for an easy and mostly flat 36 miles. It's a pretty trail along the creek and worth exploring.

Got entry and started training for the #STP bikeride in July-- like 210 miles from Seattle to Portland over a two day weekend.
Easing into it this week with 30mi on the trainer and 30mi on the road. End of March going to start getting out with some of the local #MorganHill riding groups. Def feeling those spring oats.

Aerial video I took at 11a this morning (1/8) of Uvas Reservoir dam spilling from yesterday's rains. Water stage has been greater than 8ft all day, so all of tonight's rainfall will just be passing through the reservoir and going downstream.

Like other ice halos, 22° halos appear when the sky is covered by thin cirrus or cirrostratus clouds that often come a few days before a large storm front. However, the same clouds can also occur without any associated weather change

#California #BayArea deluge begins! Looks like we'll be getting a couple of inches over the rest of this week. The water table in #MorganHill definitely still needed the water, but I'll be battening down the hatches and getting cozy to wait this one out.
