What I don’t know is how. How do I get #moreprotein? I have tried some of those protein shake thingies, but heavily-processed meal-replacements are everything I dislike. I ‘m a soil-under-the-fingernails, only just too young to have been a hippy, catch a fish and gut and scale it, put it over the charcoal type.
More protein is why I haven’t posted much in the way of food photos lately. All my plates are brown (and the sky is gray).
