Ok.
Fine.
I admit it!
I write message fiction, cough, or rather the people in my stories tend to make certain feelings known by the end of the story. Why wouldn't they, considering the hell they've gone through to get there. I could leave it at #feminism, but here is the result of hours of analysis (some waking me in the middle of the night):
- Love happens whether you deny it or not. It will change you. Beware of twins and doppelgängers.
- No matter how well you prepare, no matter how much think about how you will handle a situation, until you are in that situation you won't know how you'll react. Flexibility is better than confidence.
- The biggest obstacle to success is letting yourself be convinced you can't reach your goals. Stay convinced. If you fail anyway, you will learn something about yourself and that ain't bad.
- Women can do anything they think they can do, likely better.
- Girl-culture and boy-culture exists to control you and mold you to fit into a role and not make a fuss about the rules. If you see societal shackles for what they are, you can rule the people who limit themselves.
- Stand up for your friends and teammates. If they don't reciprocate, you will learn something about them as well as yourself. If they do reciprocate, they likely make you the leader, so be careful.
- If you have great power, you will use it. Use it to help people, and you will learn about them. Use it selfishly, and you will learn about yourself.
