#MoonageDaydream is a very good documentary on #DavidBowie.

It uses an excellent mix of clips from interviews, concerts, videos, and behind the scenes footage mixed with artwork from an array of people, including David.

There was a very bad issue with sound synchronization during the concert scenes that I hope is just a local and temporary issue.

I just watched the "Moonage Daydream" David Bowie documentary on HBO, and I have never felt like such an underachieving Capricorn. (Our birthdays are exactly 20 years and 1 day apart.) But David and I both met our lifetime spouses at age 45, so that Capricorn as late bloomer trope still holds.

Hmmmm, I have to say that I was surprisingly underwhelmed by Moonage Daydream. Okay, it tries to convey the energy and magic of Bowie during the 2hr 15 min runtime, but it doesn't ever really feel as if we learn any more about the man, it's quite a "softball" approach, and the many TV spots used guarantee that the persona still stays in place to protect the real person.

I am sure others have a different view of it though.
