Into clinic for small elliptical excision related to #SkinCancer.
Local anaesthetic, 90 minutes if skin too tight, 45 if enough skin-stretch to close simply.I arrive early, day has gone well, pleased with my level of relaxation.
Waiting room has #NatureDocumentary - #MonterayBay canyon, orcas, hunting & killing whale calf.
Out the door to fresh air, queasy, pissed with clinic's UX.
(Relaxation & grounding have me back to having a sense of humour after 15 minutes.)
