One of my favourites from our trip to England this year.
This is the Monsal Bridge near Bakewell. Sun just managed to break free for a few minutes. The old railway goes through a tunnel, and immediately goes over this bridge. It's quite a nice walk. Finding a place to park nearby is the hardest part. 😞

I'm planning some #EnPleinAir #PaintingWithYarn and following the theme I thought a Derbyshire quarry might be a good subject. This is a #Millersdale Quarry (now a nature reserve) just off the #MonsalTrail I had a nosy around today as the morning light was good - some great shadows. A bit chilly to sit around today, but an option when the weather warms. NB #PhonePhotos so not brilliant!

Made my first visit to the #TwoTunnels in #Bath yesterday.
Very different to the tunnels on the #MonsalTrail. Well worth a visit if you enjoy this sort of thing.
I could have stayed in there all day trying to do them justice. Needless to say, I'll be heading back there before too long!

#ArtAdventCalendar and #TextileTuesday Arc Over Millersdale. I currently walk over this #viaduct every morning after dropping my sin at the bus stop. This is in spring, but you can see this view now, now that the leaves have fallen.
