  1. Hunger hasn't stopped. Occupation hasn't stopped. Killing hasn't stopped. Peaceful resistance hasn't stopped. It is #Mondays4Gaza.

  2. Today is Monday.

Since mid-June, Palestinians, Israelis, and internationals rooted in the occupied West Bank have been on hunger strike in solidarity with #Gaza through the campaign Their Hunger Is Ours — Until Gaza Eats, We Won’t.

Now we are inviting everyone to join this struggle with #Mondays4Gaza — a weekly global action to strengthen our collective voice.

  3. Join our collective act of conscience. Let's show solidarity with the people of Gaza by disrupting life as usual each Monday. This is a refusal to normalize or grow numb to brutality, and even joining just one Monday matters.

When we show up together, we amplify the call:
End the siege. End the occupation. End the genocide."

  4. Gather: join the weekly Zoom call at 1900 Berlin time (CEST) to hear directly from Palestinian and Israeli voices who remind us that co-resistance is also about imagination, about daring to envision life beyond occupation, beyond violence, beyond despair.

  5. How to Join #Mondays4Gaza

Fast — in a way that’s safe and meaningful for you. Below are some options:
💧 Water-only | 🍵 Liquids | 🍽 One meal | Or fast from something else: distraction, consumption, harmful patterns.

If fasting from food is not medically safe for you, please adjust. You know your body best. And if fasting food isn’t the right option, you are still deeply welcome to the Monday calls, this movement is for everyone.

  6. What began with two hunger strikers has now grown into a global action: #Mondays4Gaza.

Every week, Palestinians, Israelis, and internationals fast, gather, and speak out together — refusing silence, refusing despair, and insisting on life.

We invite you to join us: to fast, to bear witness, and to be part of this widening circle of courage and care.

  7. Every Monday, people across the world are coming together in a simple, powerful act of solidarity: refusing food and refusing to look away from #Gaza.

For 85 days, #CombatantsForPeace activist Mai Shahin refused food. By her side, Israeli ally David Ginati went on hunger strike for 55 days. Together, from the heart of the West Bank at Satyam, they put their own bodies on the line in solidarity with the people of Gaza who are being forcibly starved.
