"BTO layers of thickness 15  nm epitaxially grown on (001) SrTiO₃ substrates were delaminated to form twisted bilayer homojunctions with deterministic twist angles. Polarization vortices and antivortices emerges from the lateral strain modulation associated with the twisting."
