Viele ihrer Sonderlehren flossen in den #Koran und dem sogenannten "muslimischen Evangelium" ein, das zahlreiche, auf die arabische Kultur und muslimische Religion abgestimmte Aussprüche Jesu enthält. Sie zeigen die Hochachtung vor einem asketischen Jesus, der Quelle der Weisheit ist.
