@wuebbsy Das ist sicher auch ein Effekt von Corona, denn ohne die Pandemie würden heute noch viele die Arbeit vom Home-Office als Unmöglichkeit abtun. Dennoch #ModernWork spielt da absolut rein.

Too many people “suffer” their way through their careers unnecessarily, when I believe every person should have a rewarding and impactful career that lets them make their unique and important mark on the world.
I also believe that leaders and workplaces have a shared responsibility with employees to create conditions for that to happen.
