  1. A quotation from Orwell

It is not easy to find a direct economic explanation of the behaviour of the people who now rule the world. The desire for pure power seems to be much more dominant than the desire for wealth. This has often been pointed out, but curiously enough the desire for power seems to be taken for granted as a natural instinct, equally prevalent in all ages, like the desire for food. Actually it is no more natural, in the sense of being biologically necessary, than drunkenness or gambling. And if it has reached new levels of lunacy in our own age, as I think it has, then the question becomes: What is the special quality in modern life that makes a major human motive out of the impulse to bully others? If we could answer that question — seldom asked, never followed up — there might occasionally be a bit of good news on the front page of your morning paper.

George Orwell (1903-1950) English journalist, essayist, writer [pseud. of Eric Arthur Blair]
Essay (1946-11-29), “As I Please” column, Tribune Newspaper

  2. The Archivest role in a (post)modern era

    Hoi,

Shi, people stuck in traffic, wolves being exterminated in NL, not welcome.. bu hao.

I have had very pleasant experiences stm doing wildcamping, off course, a wild animal can test you. Yet they always saw me as a dead person when things escalated with Buzz, or not H.. xoxo

    Anyway,

The hero’s and heroins journey; what and where would the archivest role be on the journey?

Imagine being put together in a concentration camp, WWII, when the Nazi’s gathered all key figures of the Dutch society, to make sure our culture would be lost in vain and pain. Many of the above people, were immensly strong, so much so, that some were able to keep themselves in check and perhaps even others, making sure an archive was left to rebuild the Netherlands post war.

This role in the new Era would be different then the typical medieval guard keeping an artist chest locked. How grim that may sound, does it work wonders knowing people know, that I know, that I remember being kicked out just because im cooking with an axe.. does not mean I have used it for real murder a.e.

Social media and this frenzy psychop warfare that is going on is still miles better then the medieval slaughterhauses, in that memoire, I think you can trust me. Social media has feedback mechanisms. Meaning that an equilibrium will be set as in a Reputation system linked to a possible token system for being a participative member of your nation nor worldwide.

If you have deep shi to hide, then you can still be a productive member of society, cause a reputation can be redeemed. No sane nor insane person will yell from the top of their lungs that they have done x, y, z to ruin w, i, x a.e.’s

Tooth for tooth, eye for eye, hand for hand, these practices are cruel, reigning societal outcomes with fear as a motivator. These are often, not even deep crimes. A deep crimein this (post) modern world is obviously hard to hide., so why bother?

Yet, understandable, due to the Dutch courts being overloaded, too slow nor just faulty in dealing with certain disputes, sometimes going as far back as thousands of years of interwar between families ~ into cultures at large.

If you enjoy this site, you can clearly see it is purposely made to be hard to read as a maze. The beauty of poetry and storytelling is that silver lining of the tongue, where truth, symbology, folklore, theatre, music, dance all come together. A comfortable lie can be a confident spell. Both words are making the truth come forward. A comfortable lie as the social contract formulated and, is often, outdated to keep up with new fitness landscapes arising CAS term. And our own con-fidence, to be confident a chip will fix most.

    Cherios,

    Kees

  4. 🔥📚 "Ambitious" research in the modern era boiled down to a YouTube video - because nothing says groundbreaking innovation quite like buffering ads and autoplay rabbit holes. 😂🔍 Apparently, the secret to success involves navigating privacy policies and testing new features from the comfort of your couch. 🛋️🎥

  6. Either way, I feel it is high time we stopped dating things based on the alleged birth date of some dude who's existence, status, and alleged teachings are not followed or believed by a super majority (over 2/3) of the world's population. Indeed given the contempt that hundreds of millions of his followers have for those teachings it is really quite insane that we continue the BC/AD charade.
