I miss the old days of googling a question and reading through blog posts. Now, I feel like I have to go to yt videos, which often take much longer and try to flog useless garbage. So much noise.

I think I just have a lower tolerance for noise when I'm reading. Text forces a certain kind of focus that video doesn't.

Of course, I understand that this is a very individual choice. How do you prefer to consume your information?

When someone says they “clicked” something on their touchscreen device I cringe. My internal debate goes like this:

“Should I correct them? No, just shut up. But it’s not a click. I know, but shut it. No… Don’t…”

And then it happens. I say “you can’t click on a touchscreen.” Then I lose friends and loved ones.

Haven't read #BesselVanDerKolk's #TheBodyKeepstheScore but I've read about half of #ResmaaMenakem's book #MyGrandmothersHands and taken a somatics course.

Would love to be in a community of practice with other folks who find this information useful
