After 4 tries:
* Kinect => Failure
* KinectV2 => Failure
* #Rebocap => Never delivered, #refunded
* #SlimeVR => Literally. Can't. Buy ...wat (i "payed" but the payment is stuck since days wat #kleinanzeigen )
Maybe a #mocopi import is in order

Sure I could use #SlimeVRWrangler and \all\ my #NintendoSwitch #Joycons as makeshift slimes,
but they are as bad as rotational capture as kinect, apriltag, or a webcam

Sony Japan revealed a set of motion capture trackers called Mocopi to be sold beginning in January 2023.
The six trackers work together with a smartphone app to connect movement to a model. Judging by the promotional materials, it seems aimed at the VTuber market.
Unknown if Sony has plans to sell this set outside of Japan.

#Mocopi étant un produit Sony qui sort fin janvier 2023 et que le #PlaystationVR2 sort fin février on peut se douter qu'il y aura à terme un plugin Mocopi aussi pour la Playstation (pas uniquement pour de la VR d'ailleurs) mais pour le moment pas vu d'annonce officielle de Sony.

... l'appli mobile est prévue pour fonctionner même sans internet. Le plugin PC de #Mocopi permet une capture live de mouvement pour VRChat par exemple (support sur PC et Quest). Le kit de développement est prévu mi-décembre et Mocopi devrait-être dispo fin janvier 2023 pour $360
