Well, the new #mockTheWeek was fab. Very much the same as the old Mock The Week, but with a little less of the old fashioned BBC editorial oversight.

You'll recall, when the Beeb decided not to recommission Mock the Week, they came up with some story that it was not offended Tories who'd 'encouraged' them to bin it off, but the fact that it was a tired format losing viewers.....

so odd that they are now regularly showing repeats of old editions; almost like they were still popular, isn't it.... and their explanations were just a smoke screen for their Tory chums.

If you’re missing American late night TV during the #WGA strike take a look to the British satirical offerings. “Have I Got News For You” is weekly and extremely good. “Mock The Week” is cancelled but the years and years of episodes hold up well. Lots of great stuff on YouTube.

Old episodes of #MockTheWeek are my safe space. Genuinely. I'm gutted that we are no longer creating more of them.
Being able to spend 30 minutes with an episode really helps me calm my head down.
I guess this is more of an #ASD1 thing than #ADHD.
