#mobilzon — Public Fediverse posts

So I mention during set-up that if you just tell folks to search the hashtag, everything shows up, Fediverse, Instagram, Facebook and blogs! So what happens? Mingling afterwards, they tell folks the Instagram. Zucky has such amazing charisma.

Something else: because of how ActivityPub works, google ranks pages high because they appear to have global reach, each toot link being replicated all over the map! This is just a guess, but in three days our #Mobilzon placed third, ahead of the IG page!

@Framasoft I just discovered #Framasoft and #mobilzon It's a federated #meetUp kind of thing.

I don't know how active it is, the last post on their #mastodon page was about a year ago.

This sounds useful in any event. Does anyone know about it.

Gotta love the #fediverse
