I knew without even looking that this was going to be the case. "Software" will eventually be used to mean anything, like hosting the model weights of Stable Diffusion or Flux for download, or maybe just Photoshop since that can remove clothes from an image too.
It was already illegal to produce or distribute these fake nudes.
