We are so back! This is my kind of Nintendo Direct. Hombrew just does what Nintendont.
Decompiled Mario Kart Wii native on Linux (meaning 4K 120Hz) with all previous Courses and some of the later ones included as well as a reverse engineered server (which seems to be down right now for maintenance). Devs are also very active.
They did honestly perfected the physics and some of the item weights in Mario Kart 8, but I supposed I can live without it, especially the minute long invincibility frames. Its still in Beta but am looking forward trying this out later today.

i prefer mega thunder clouds in #mkwii to the normal thunder clouds that shrink you, But what i dont understand is why doesnt the mega tc mod slow down the person with the cloud instead of speed them up so more people try and steal it before the timer runs out

If I'm not wrong, DK Summit is the first track with regional name differences to come from the DLC? I'm interested to see whether it'll show up as DK Snowboard Cross here, since Tour doesn't use regional names.

I might just have another project like the #Mastodon publications page in mind. Does anyone know the entire list of custom retros in #CTGP? There's no list that I can see of, and it's needed because some tracks don't have the name they should carry (e.g. Neo Koopa City being 3DS Koopa City).
If not, then we need to make a list.
