Suddenly I find myself on the downhill slope to going home, with about 10 weeks left in Germany!
The farewell Europe tour mainly consists of going cycle touring in Norway as a bucketlist item - we're hoping to do the Mjølkevegen, but Norway actually had an average winter this year, and there are a couple of passes that still need to open. I'm keeping an eye on the Sentinel imagery and the long-term forecast and thinking warm thoughts... the good news is there are plenty of alternatives and it all looks spectacular.

Today's results 77km, in just over 4 hours, or close to five if brakes are taken into consideration. 989m of ascending and 1330 of descending. It was a good trip even though it rained for about half of it. Now it's time to rest up and figure out witch pictures to upload.

Today's results are 103km, in just under 6 hours, or nearly 8 and a half when taking lunch amd other brakes into consideration. And 2469m of ascending. Which is a new record for me. And the weather has been awesome sun and clouds and around 20°C
The last day tomorrow will be an early start to try to avoid the rain that's forecasted. It's another 75km, just 725m av ascending and just over 1500m of descending, so it might go really fast tomorrow. -
Ended up with 75km, in 3 hours and 49 minutes. And 1331m of ascending. Tomorrow's route is 103km and 2255m of ascending the weather forecast is about the same with a bit more sun.
