Our first event was a female Speed Rack contest with numerous sponsor concoctions. I was surprised to enjoy a pickle beer, no surprise was my enjoyment of the expresso martini. Chambord had a quite refreshing drink. It’s in the 90’s so Montenegro’s popsicle was great while waiting in line

    30ml cognac (upped to 45ml)
    30ml Amaro Nonino
    22,5ml lemon juice
    20ml Aperol

    Shake&fineStrain in a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.

    I've never drunk a #cognac cocktail I didn't like!

    35ml Cap Corse Bianco
    22,5ml Fernet
    15ml Galliano originale

    Stirr&Strain in a chilled coupe and enjoy

    I thought Fernet would overpower the cocktail, but Galliano fought it back, balancing the drink.
    A great after dinner rather than an aperif, and also perfect to dust off some funky bottles in your bar!
